ERRATA TO PALISADES NUCLEAR PLANT, NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 05000255/2008005
Dear Mr. Schwarz:
On February 9, 2009, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued integrated Inspection Report 05000255/2008-005 (ML090400437) for your Palisades Nuclear Plant. An inspection sample for verifying Temporary Plant Modifications was inadvertently omitted in the original report. The errata should be inserted as Page 8(a) of the report Enclosure and Page 4(a) of the Attachment to Inspection Report 05000255/2008005.
