Both individuals passed their reexamination.

DETAILS TYPE OF EXAMINATION: Requalification 1.0 EXAMINATIONRESULTS:
Both individuals passed their examinations as graded by both the NRC and facility. There was 100% agreement between the facility and NRC evaluator.

During the preexam review and validation, the following discrepancies were noted, (i)
The written examination contained several questions which were direct look ups of either Technical Specifications or Alarm Response procedures, The facility needs to upgrade the cognitive level of these questions.
(ii)
One question on the second simulator static exam answered an earlier question.
Required changes were made prior to conduct of the examination.
Overall, the number of changes and quality of examination material were average.
Facility personnel were very cooperative and all requested changes were accomplished.

An exit meeting was held with the facility evaluators at the completion of the examination.
Examination and validation results, comments, and observations were discussed.
Formalized facility results were requested by the end of the week following the examination.
