Dear Mr. Johnson:
In our response to two violations submitted in our letter, reference'a),
RG&E itemized 29 long term corrective actions that would be taken to avoid further violations.
The itemized list was represented by Attachment, 3'f reference (a).
An effectiveness review of the corrective actions taken as a result of the December 1990 disabled safeguards event was.performed.
and documented in a report dated 12/19/91.
RG&E has completed 2S of the 29 corrective actions.
The last action, NSARB review of the final results of the effectiveness review, remains the only outstanding action and is scheduled for our next NSARB meeting on March 10-11, 1992.
