This will acknowledge receipt of your letter dated June 15, 1981, requesting

an extension of time to respond to the Notice of Violation enclosed with our letter dated May 20, 1981. Because of the delay in your receiving the Nevada Inspection Report as the basis for your request, you are granted an extension to respond to the Notice by July 9,1981, as you requested.
You also inquired about when IE Inspection Report 81-04 was1d be issued.
The Region I Office has assured us that the report will be sent to you during the week of June 22, 1981.
