Selected areas of Region I Inspection 50-247/76-26 and

50-286/76-28 were discussed.
The licensee was informed that the recent reactor coolant system overpressurication, physical security plan it.plerentation, nodification of system lineups, and. instrument air system flow diagram and checkoff list issues were indicative of the necd for improvements in managecent controls.
