As required by to CFR 50.54(p) and 10 CFR 72.44(e), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) hereby subn:,its Revision 14 of the Diablo Canyon Power Plant (bCPP) Physical Security Pian' (PSP), with the following appendices:

• Appendix A: Glossary of Terms and Acronyms

• Appendix B: Training* and Qualification Plan

• Appendix C: Safeguards Contingency Plan*

• Appendix 0: 0 Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Security Program PG&E determined that the changes made to the PSP and appendices do not decrease safeguards effectiveness of the PSP.

Enciosure 1 contains a Table of Changes to DCPP's PSP and appendices, 10 CFR 50.54(p) evaluations and supporting documentation. Enclosure 1 contains Safeguards Information, which shall be withheld from public disclosure *under 10 CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements.;, is Revision 14 of DCPP's PSP with appendices. Enclosure 2 contains Safeguards Information, which shall be withheld from public disclosure under 10 CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements."
