DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 TRANSMITTAL OF REVISED COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION SECURITY PLAN, REVISON 1 Gentlemen:

Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.5 4 (p), TXU Generation Company LP (TXU Power) hereby submits the enclosed copy of the revised CPSES Security Plan (CSP), Revision I for CPSES Unit I Operating License (NPF-87) and CPSES Unit 2 Operating License (NPF-89). A change summary of this revision is identified in Attachment I.

The changes apply equally to CPSES Unit 1 and Unit 2.
