| Description | The inspectors identified a Green non-cited violation of Facility Operating License Condition 2.C(41), for the failure to correct a condition adverse to fire protection. Specifically, the licensee failed to adequately provide contingency lighting in the fire brigade dress out area while normal lighting was inoperable due to maintenance on an associated breaker. The inadequate lighting delayed fire brigade response to a potential fire in the turbine building. Immediate corrective action included placing temporary lighting in the area.
