This letter provides notification of equiprnent changes to the Shoreham facility which have occurred subsequent to the report on Phase I final survey status provided in Reference 1. These physical changes involve the removal of equipment previously surveyed and reported as such. This notification is provided as agreed between the LIPA and the NRC staffs, in order that NRC confirmation survey plans may be adjusted as necessary.
These equipment changes are described in the enclosed Table 1. Table 1 lists: (1) the equipment removed, and component identification number; (2) the systern from which the equipment was removed; (3) the respective survey unit number, and; (4) the specific location numbers and/or point numbers, where survey measurements for the equipment were included in the release record for the respective survey unit.
