VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 INDEPENDENT SPENT FUEL STORAGE INSTALLATION ANNUAL WHOLE BODY EXPOSURE REPORT ANNUAL REACTOR COOLANT SPECIFIC ACTIVITY REPORT Pursuant to 10 CFR 20.2206, Virginia Electric and Power Company submits the Annual Whole Body Exposure Report for the Surry Power Station for the calendar year 2011.The data required by 10 CFR 20.2206(b) was developed in accordance with the instructions of Regulatory Guide 8.7, Instructions for Recording and Reporting Occupational Radiation Dose Data, Appendix C and has subsequently been forwarded on April 11, 2012, via NRC's Radiation Exposure Information and Reporting System (REIRS) web site at http://www.reirs.com.

Also, this letter confirms that no annual report of specific activity analysis is required for the calendar year 2011 pursuant to the reporting requirements of Surry Technical Specification 6.6.A.2.b.

The specific activity of the reactor coolant for Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2 did not exceed 1.0 pCi/cc dose equivalent 1-131 or 1 00/P- pCi/cc as stipulated in Surry Technical Specification 3.1.D.4 during the calendar year 2011.
