paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation
- Company, LLC (EGC) is registering, with the NRC, the use of four approved spent fuel storage casks under the general license to store spent fuel at the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant. The four casks were placed into service with stored spent fuel on June 2, June 10, June 17, and June 24, 2016. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by July 5, 2016. The information required by 1 O CFR 72.212(b
)(2) is provided in the Enclosure to this letter. There are no regulatory commitments contained in this submittal.
