Registration for Use of General License ISFSI Casks In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210,"
paragraph (b)(2), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is registering, with the NRC, the use of four approved spent fuel storage casks under the general license to store spent fuel at the R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant. The four casks were placed into service with stored spent fuel on June 2, June 10, June 17, and June 24, 2016. This registration is required to be submitted within 30 days. Accordingly, this submittal is due by July 5, 2016.
The information required by 10 CFR 72.212(b )(2) is provided in the Enclosure to this letter.
