Subject:

Withdrawal of Licensee Event Report 2012-010, Revision 0, for the Fort Calhoun Station By letter dated August 3, 2012, Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) submitted Licensee Event Report (LER) 2012-010, Revision 0, for the Fort Calhoun Station (FCS).

Based on revised calculations, the FCS Engineering Department has determined that the instrumentation racks which were initially identified as over the analyzed weight are fully qualified as seismic class 1. As a result, OPPD is withdrawing LER 2012-010 and this number will not be reused.

No commitments are being made in this letter.
