TROL NO.lh-CL'L The purpose of this procedure is to outline the Ins trumentation and Control QC Inspection Program.
The procedure applies to non-ASME and Class 1E instrumentation, Seismic Category 1 supports and "s peci fi ed" non-s afety related itens located in seismic category s tructu res.
Inspection criteria and direction for ASME ins truments and controls are contatined in the mechanical discipline manual.

2.2 RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY The Quality Engineer Supervisor or his designee is l
responsible for the development of QC Procedures and Quality Instructions for inspector use.
3.0 PROCEDURE 3.1 PERSONNEL TRAINING Personnel training shall be provided in accordance with Reference 1-A to assure that instrumentation and control QC ins pection personnel achieve and maintain ins pection proficiency.

2 of 2 WG12 E 3.2 INSPECTION DETAILS Quali ty Instructions supplementing this Procedure identify the ins trumentation inspector activities and delineate inspection criteria to assure that construction activities comply with design specifications and applicable codes and s tanda rds.
3.3 MEASURING AND TEST EQUIPMENT Measuring and tes t equipment is calibrated, adjus ted and maintained at prescribed intervals to porvide confidence in the accuracy of the resulting da ta.
Calibration responsibilities and requirements are defined in Reference 1-B.
3.4 STATUS INDICATORS The of ins pected itens is identified on appropriate documentation as defined by the applicable Quality Ins truction.
3.5 NONCONFORMING ITEMS Nonconfonnances shall be reported as outlined in each Quality Instruction.
3.6 Quality Instrucitons specify the documentation required to provide objective evidence of compliance with s pecified Engineering / Cons truction criteria.
Upon completion, these records shall be submitted for review, processing and filing in accordance with CPSES requirements for QA records.
