SUBJECT:
ALLEGED MISCONDUCT BY NRC EMPLOYEES l.
The staff has been conducting close out interviews with Comanche Peak allegers I
to assure ourselves that the concerns we are addressing are correct and also
-l to provide feedback to the allegers on our proposed methods of resolution.
I Because we have confidentiality agreements with these allegers we address each I
alleger by number.

On March 5, 1935 the staff conducted a transcribed meeting with Alleger A-4.
j-y The alleger stated to the staff that two NRC employees, a representative of g,4 Office of Investigation and the other a Region IV inspector, proposed a deal pg,,,'_ f-with another alleger (A-14).
Supposedly, this deal would assure Alleger A-14 # g< 3 y of continued employment for the next five or six years if A-14 would agree tc IM42 J'54 drop his allegations.
