Response to SDAA Audit Question Question Number: A-5.4-8 Receipt Date: 11/20/2023 Question:

Revision 1 of SDAA Part 2, Chapter 5 (ML23304A338) add the flow restrictor flanged sleeve and collet to SDAA Table 5.4-3. Please discuss why the mandrel with orifice was not added to SDAA Table 5.4-3 in Revision 1.
