Hello Duane,

Per our discussion last week, we would like to pursue the option of renewing our R-120 license for the PULSTAR reactor including the 2-MW upgrade. However, we would restrict operation to a power of 1-MW until an ECCS system design is implemented as reviewed and accepted by NRC.
