License No. R-120 Docket No. 50-297 Please find enclosed the updated Technical Specifications for the License Renewal Application (EPID NO. L-2017-RNW-0026). The updated Technical Specifications incorporates discussions during the November 2019 NRC site audit. Also included in the submittal are SAR Reference 7-4, Reactor Thermal Power and SCRAM Setpoint Determination and the updated Safety Analysis in Support of Fueled Experiments for the NCSU PULSTAR Reactor.
