Dear Duane,
We request an official withdrawal of the NC State proposed TS changes regarding reportable events with the intention of including this and previously approved TS amendments as part of the license renewal submittal.
In addition, we will send our selection of the option for the approach for license renewal (with 2 MW power uprate) during the week of January 22nd and supply the updated TS and supporting documentation 30 days thereafter.
