Framatome Inc. (Framatome) is pleased to submit the requested additional information for the TN-B1 license amendment. The information is provided in a calculation and presented in the same format to the criticality evaluation section of the previously submitted Safety Analysis Report, specifically Section 6.13, Appendix C, which begins on page 546.
The updated calculation includes the additional benchmarks establishing the upper safety limit (USL) as requested. The calculation determines the USL conservatively moves from 0.9318 to 0.9325. As a result, there are no changes to the gadolinia requirements or criticality safety index values previously presented.
