(1) NRC Certificate of Compliance Number 71-9372, Revision 3 (2) EPID L-2022-LLA-0093 Framatome Inc. (Framatome), is submitting a license amendment request to amend Certificate of Compliance USA/9372/B(U)F-96 for the Model No. TN-B1 packaging.
Framatome is providing the attached document, FS1-0014159, Revision 11.0, as the basis for the amendment application per the provisions of 10 CFR 71.19(c).
The primary request for this amendment is to support Framatomes advancement to enrichments greater than 5 weight percent 235U. The full list of changes is included in the explanatory notes beginning on page 2 of the attached safety analysis reports.
Framatome requests a standard review period targeting January 31,2024 for approval.
Included in this application are three attachments supporting the requested amendment.
Attachment A (Proprietary) is the revised document, FS1-0014159, Rev. 11.0, Framatome TN-B1 Docket No. 71-9372 Safety Analysis Report.
