Framatome intends to Request a Letter Authorization utilizing Docket No. 71 -9372, Framatome TN-B1 Shipping Container.
References:
(1) NRC Certificate of Compliance Number 9372 Revision 2 Framatome Inc. (Framatome) wishes to inform the NRC that we intend to formally request a letter authorization utilizing Certificate of Compliance 9372 for the TN-B1 packaging in mid-June, 2020. This request is to provide for the safe transport of a small number of Framatome BWR fresh fuel assemblies equipped with inert test rods supporting the development of Enhanced Accident Tolerant Fuels (eATF).
