NRC INSPECTION REPORT 05000341/2023402 AND DISPUTED NON-CITED
VIOLATION
Dear Peter Dietrich:
This letter acknowledges your November 13, 2023, correspondence sent in response to
U.S. NRC Inspection Report 05000341/2023402 (ML23276B454) dated October 5, 2023. In
your letter, you dispute one non-cited violation (NCV 05000341/2023402-01). The NRC is
currently reviewing your basis for contesting the violation in accordance with Section 2.8 of the
Enforcement Manual. Accordingly, we will provide the results of our evaluation by written
response upon completion of our review.
The disputed violation contains Security-Related Information, so the details will not be made
publicly available in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations
(10 CFR) 2.390(d)(1). In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Agency Rules of Practice, a copy of
this letter will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document
Room or in the NRCs ADAMS, accessible from the NRCs website at
http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
