Dear Mr. Dressler:
At the Oral Response meeting this past Thursday, you stated that Mr. Kelly had not received all parts of OIA's supplemental report. Since there is some confusion as to what or what was not received, I have enclosed a complete copy of the su)plemental report and, at the same time, I have given Mr. Kelly a copy. . I 1 ave informed Mr. Kelly that, if he still believes there are any missing sections after he reviews what I have given him, he may review the official office copy and make copies of any part that he believes he does not have. Also, please let the Deciding Official, Robert Martin, know if an extension of time is needed.
