MEMORANDUM FROM JAMES A. F. KELLY Enclosed please find a copy of a memo sent to me by James Kelly, a security inspector in Region !Y. As you can see from the enclosed memo, Mr. Kelly expresses several categorical denials of what he perceives to be charges being levied or about to be levied against him.
In view of the strength of his filings and the as yet unpublished status of the investigation into these matters, I believe this letter may be important to you during your review of the investigation findings of your staff.
I also wish to reaffim the interest of Region IV in bringing this matter to a prompt and equitable n solution.
