ACTION 100 -

With the number of OPERABLE channels less than re ired by the Minimum Channels OPERABLE requirement, ef uent releases may continue for up to 14 days provid that prior to initiating a release:

a. At least two independent samples are alyzed in accordance with Specification 4.11.'.1.3, and
b. At least two technically qualifi members of the Facility Staff independently v ify the release rate calculations and discharge li valving; Otherwise, suspend release of r ioactive effluents via this pathway.

ACTION 101 -

With the number of channel 0PERABLE less than required by the Minimum Channels RABLE requirement, effluent releases via this pathw may continue for up to 30 days provided that, at lea once per 8 hours9.259259e-5 days
0.00222 hours
1.322751e-5 weeks
3.044e-6 months
, grab samples are collected and analy at a limit of detection of at least p 10-7 microcuries/m or gamma spectrometric analysis.

AC' TION 102 -

With the number f channels OPERABLE less than required by the Minimu Channels OPERABLE requirement, effluent releases vi his pathway may continue for up to 30 days provided t flow rate is estimated at least once per 4 hours4.62963e-5 days
0.00111 hours
6.613757e-6 weeks
1.522e-6 months
ing actual releases. Pump curves for Instru-ment 3a or for known valve positions for Instrument 3b, may b used to estimate flow.
