MOTION TO TERMINATE PROCEEDING Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. (" PSI") and Wabash Valley Power Association, Inc. (" Applicants") hereby move to terminate this operating license proceeding.

By letter dated March 1, 1985, from Mr. S. W. Shields to Mr. Harold R. Denton, PSI surrendered Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-170 and 171 for Marble Hill Units 1 and 2.

Accordingly, there is no reason to continue this proceeding.

WHEREFORE, Applicants request that the Licensing Board terminate this proceeding.
