CONSENT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. S 2.711' Public Service Company of Indiana, Inc. and Wabash Valley Power Association, Inc.

(" Applicants") hereby move for an extension of their time to respond to the amended petitions to intervene filed by The Indiana Sassafras Audubon Society ("SAS") and Valley Watch, Inc. ( " VW" ) and to the contentions filed by Save The Valley, Inc. and jointly by SAS and VW until November 30, 1983. Extra time is needed by Applicants to complete a technical analysis of the numerous contentions filed (a total of 39 typewritten pages).

We have contacted each of the other parties, and there is no objection to the requested extension. However, Staff counsel asks that if the extension is granted, Staff also be given until November 30 to file its response.
