Vogtle was in the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs ROP Action Matrix for the last quarter of 2021.

Vogtle Units 3 & 4 Findings and Assessment Unit 3 was in the Regulatory Response Column Supplemental Inspection, per inspection procedure (IP) 90001, was performed during the first quarter CY 2022. Based upon the inspection results, licensee returned to Licensee Response Column on April 1, 2022.

Unit 4 is in the Licensee Response Column Continue with the baseline inspection program Cross-Cutting Theme The site has crossed the threshold (more than 20 Cross Cutting Aspects in the Human Performance area). We will continue to monitor the licensees efforts and progress in addressing the cross-cutting theme until the criteria are no longer met 20
