License Application Supplemental Information Mr. Cuadrado, Holtec is pleased to submit supplemental information to support the on-going HI-STORE licensing process. Attachment 1 contains a proprietary Holtec report related to aircraft hazards.

Since this attachment is considered proprietary, an affidavit pursuant to 10CFR2.390 is included as Attachment 2, requesting that this information be withheld from public disclosure.

Corresponding updates to the HI-STORE SAR will be submitted with the next revision of the SAR.
