STN 50-498 and STN 50-499 Annual Fitness for Duty Performance Report for 2021 Pursuant to 10 CFR 26.717(f), 10 CFR 26.211(g), and 10 CFR 26.203(e), STP Nuclear Operating Company has submitted Fitness for Duty (FFD) program performance data. Data files were submitted electronically via the NRC FFD Program Performance Data Reporting System internet website on February 24, 2022. The general form submission numbers are 36852 and 36853.

There was a total of 39 fatigue waivers during 2021 for the South Texas Project.
