SAFEGUARDS AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION SUBMITTED FOR FILING BY THE STATE OF UTAH The State of Utah has submitted for filing, documents containing proprietary and safeguards information related to Private Fuel Storage's application. The first document, submitted on January 3,1998, entitled " State of Utah's Contentions Security-A Through Security-l Based on Applicant's Confidential Safeguards Security Plan" was docketed on January 6,1998 A copy of the first page of that document has been placed on the open docket. The second document, submitted on January 8,1998, entitled " State of Utah's Request for Consideration of Late-Filed Contention GG" was docketed on January 9,1998.

Copies of the introductory pages (3) of that document have been placed on the open docket.
