In response to the Licensing Board Chairman's question during the prehearing telephone conference held on June 17,1998, the NRC Staff (" Staff") wishes to inform you that it would not object to either of the attematives discussed for filing proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law (l.e., either in sequence, or simultaneously with other parties).
In addition, the Staff wishes to inform you and the parties that it has established a new E-mail address, which should be utilized in the service of all documents on the Staff in this proceeding.
Accordingly, please revise your service lists by deleting the E-mail address for Catherine Marco (cim@nrc. gov), me (sot @nrc. gov), and Leslie Vincent of the OGC mailroom (lev @nrc. gov), by inserting the following E-mail address for Ms. Marco and me; pfscase@nrc. gov. It will not be necessary to serve documents by E-mail on Ms. Vincent, as she will receive documents sent to the "pfscase" address.
