Dear Administrative Judges:

In accordance with the Ucensing Board's " Memorandum and Order (Initial Prehearing Order)'

dated September 23,1997, by copy of this letter I am forwarding to Mr. James M. Cutchin the following items:

1. A diskette containing electronic versions of the 'NRC Staff's Response to Request for Hearing and Petition to Intervene Filed by the Confederated Tribes of the Goshute Reservation and David Pete," dated September 18,1997, and my letter to you dated September 19,1997;

2. A diskette containing electronic versions of the two attachments to the Staff's filing of September 18,1997 (i.e., the Utah State Highway map and the Executive C;. -etive of April 1994); and

3. A CD ROM disk containing another digitized version of the Utah State Highway map.

These diskettes do not contain digitized versions of the two NRC decisions which were attached to my leMer of September 19,1997, inasmuch as those decisions are readily available on various commercial databases; nor do they contain the Notices of Appearance for Staff Counsel which were filed on Septeinber 16,1997, as those documents have been revised and refiled to provide E mail addresses and facsimile numbers, as required by the Licensing Board's Order.
