This letter pertains to my E-mail message of December 18,1998, in which I indicated that the NRC Staff may have inadvertently disclosed certain propriatary information in the Staffs Requests for Additional information (RAls) of December 10,1998. In order to preserve the confidentiality of that material, the Staff has requested that all persons to whom the Staff transmitted the RAls return any copies of the RAls that are in their possession or that they i
provided to other persons.
I have received the Licensing Board's copies of the Staffs RAls. By copy of this letter, I wish to request that any parties who have not already done so please return to me, at their earliest opportunity, their copies of the RAls and any copies they may have providd to other persons.
The Staff will forward replacernent copies of the RAls to the Licensing Board and parties shortly.
l regret any inconvenience that this error may have caused, and appreciate the assistance of the Licensing Board and parties in this matter.
