DOCKETING OF INFORMATION RECElVED FROM THE BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT On August 9,1999, the Spent Fuel Project Office met with representatives of the U.S. Bureau ~of Indian Affairs and the U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to discuss the preparation of the Private Fuel Storage (PFS) facility environmental impact statement (EIS). During the meeting, BLM provided the NRC with material to assist Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in the preparation of the EIS. Also, in response to a request made by the SFPO, the US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) provided two conservation agreements. This information will be added to the PFS docket Number 72-22. Attached is a list of the information received from BLM and FWS.
