JOINT STIPULATION .

CONCERNING JI CONTENTION 8 The Attorney General for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (" Mass AG"), the Town of West Newbury (" TOWN")

and Applicants hereby submit the following Joint Stipulation, which is intended to resolve the issues raised in JI Contention 8.

The Stimulation Applicants agree to include the following additional information in EBS messages to be broadcast during an evacuation:

l a) ETAs for transit-dependent buses, for each Massachusetts 1 i

town being evacuated; and l4 b) instructions to the transit-dependent' population not to go outdoors until the buses are to arrive.

Applicants further agree to add the following language to the section entitled " Emergency Buses" in the next published Emergency Plan Information Calendar.

"If you miss any bus call the help number identified on the first page of this' calendar."

In light of these revisions, Mass AG and the TOWN agree that the issues raised in JI Contention 8 have been resolved.

Mass AG and TOWN accordingly withdraw JI Contention 8.
