The enclosed source document cited above contains basic reference information essential to the long term licensing responsibilities of PRPB for Shoreham.

This information is archival in a manner similar to the FSAR and ER of the licensee. Therefore,we request that this document be entered into the DCS system on microfiche so that it can be cataloged and available to all DCS users.
