50-322-OLA Gentlemen As you know, the Long Island Power Authority (LIPA) and the Long Island Lighting Company-(LILCO) have jointly applied for transfer of the NRC license for Shoreham Nuclear Power Station to LIPA. LIPA thus has an interest in matters pending before this Board, and the. Nuclear Regulatory Commission generally, related to Shoreham.

Most recent filings have been served on LIPA, but LIPA was overlooked in service of a recent Staff letter.

Hence, LIPA respectfully requests that the Board, the Office i
