SUMMARY

OF THE JULY 15, 2020, PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING WITH NUSCALE POWER, LLC, REGARDING ITS PLANS TO SUBMIT A TOPICAL REPORT USING THE AUTOMATED TEST SYSTEM The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted a public meeting on July 15, 2020, between the NRC staff and NuScale Power, LLC. (NuScale), regarding NuScales plan to submit a topical report using the Automated Test System. The purpose of the meeting was to: (1) provide an opportunity for NuScale to introduce the information in the topical report, the proposed schedule for submission, and the request for approval; (2) facilitate the NRC staffs understanding of the topical report, and (3) provide an opportunity for the NRC staffs feedback.

Enclosed is the meeting summary which describes the discussions between the NRC staff and NuScale along with a List of Attendees.
