REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE 335-76-36 ZgXCENSEE EVENT REPORT

'AGE TWO satisfactorily tested several times. On July 17, the pump again would not start due to moisture buildup in the control circuitry.

This time the affected circuitry was dried and sealed and the pump was satisfactorily tested.

This was the fourth reportable occurrence at St. Lucie Unit 1 related to malfunction of the steam driven auxiliary feedwater pump. The previous occurrences were an open solder joint in the overspeed governor circuitry (335-76-11), a control wiring dia-gram error (335-76-13), and a corroded lug in the overspeed trip circuitry (335-76-22). Of these previous occurrences, only LER 335-76-22 is considered to be related with respect to cause to the occurrence described in the present,.report,.
