O [The cause has been attributed to a desten deficiency for this carticular case. With I i i lthe present in s ta l la t ion . the actuator arm is forced to the side at the end nf the 1 2 l stroke causing excessive wear on the actuator. The actuator was rebuilt and the valve l i 3 l then stroked properly. FCR 81-128 has been written to change the installation. l
