Dear Administrative Judges and Parties:

The NRC Staff hereby submits the following errata to the June 15th, 2010 Supplement 5 to the disclosure logs for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (Unit 2) proceeding. Two documents were duplicated on both the public and Protected Log, and a third was incorrectly listed on the wrong log. This correction only changes the logs upon which the documents were listed; the actual availability of the documents correctly remained non-public, and they were not released to the public.

Accordingly, the NRC Staff hereby strikes the duplicate entries Log No. 05-0012 (ML091700631) and Log No. 05-0023 (ML091700631), as these are already properly listed on the protected log as 05-P04 and 05-P05. The NRC Staff further moves (strikes) Disclosure Log Entry No. 05-0128, (ML101310610), placing it instead on the Protected Log as number 05-P38, Security-Related Information -Withhold Under 10CFR 2.390.
