This letter supplements the Maritime Administration's (MARAD) CY 2005 annual report of activities for the Nuclear Ship SA VANNAH (NSS). The supplement: a) provides the missing attachment (meeting agenda) to the Review and Audit Committee meeting minutes; and b) amends the annual radiological survey repo.t to include the visual inspection summary (ref. TS 3.7.6), and a note regarding the administrative absence of page "9 of 9" from the first section of the survey report.
