Dear Sir or Madam:

TXU Generation Company LP (d/b/a Luminant Power), acting on behalf of Texas Energy Future Holdings Limited Partnership (Texas Energy LP) and itself, hereby submit the following additional information in connection with the indirect transfer of control of facility operating licenses as approved by NRC in Reference 1 above.

As stated in the letter of Reference 2 above, closing of the transaction and the resulting indirect transfer of control of operating licenses as approved in Reference 1 are targeted for Wednesday, October 10, 2007.

On that date, Texas Energy LP will acquire all of the outstanding equity of TXU Corp. In the near future after closing of the acquisition of TXU Corp., Goldman plans to substitute William Young for Steven Feldman as one of its three designees to the TXU Corp. board of directors. Like Mr. Feldman, Mr. Young is a U.S. citizen and an employee of Goldman. A short biography of Mr. Young is attached.

Attachment to TXX-07142 Page 1 of 1 BIOGRAPHY OF WILLIAM YOUNG William Young is Co-Head of the Goldman Sachs Infrastructure Investment Group. Mr. Young joined Goldman Sachs in 2001 as a Managing Director and Co-Head of the European Structured and Principal Finance Group. In 2002, Mr. Young was promoted to Partner in the Financing Group, which includes all debt, derivative and equity capital markets activities for the Firm. Mr. Young became Co-Head of the Corporate and Acquisition Finance Group, which included the structured and leveraged finance businesses. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Mr. Young was with Citibank for 16 years, working in the Leveraged Finance and Work-Out Group and most recently running its European Securitization Group.

Mr. Young received a B.S. from Purdue University in 1987.
