Dear Mr. Meyer:
On December 31, 2013, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at the Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. This inspection began on January 1, 2013. Issuance of this letter closes Inspection Report Numbers 2013501 and 2013502. Some of the time NRC expended during routine Emergency Preparedness Program reviews was charged to these report numbers. Any observations and findings in these areas were provided to you via separate correspondence.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
