Dear Sir/Madam:

In accordance with the rules and regulations of the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Luminant Generation Company LLC hereby submits an application fee in the amount of

$2,015.00 for the renewal of Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant's TPDES Permit No. WQ0001854000.

The permit application is also planned for submittal on September 2, 2014.
