PEACH BOTTOM ATOMIC POWER STATION - MATERIAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTING PROGRAM INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000277/2016405 AND 05000278/2016405
Dear Mr. Hanson On August 25, 2016, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed a security baseline inspection at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station. The inspection covered one of the key attributes of the security cornerstone of the NRC's Reactor Oversight Process. The enclosed inspection report documents the inspection results, which were discussed on August 25, 2016, with Mr. Michael Massaro, Site Vice President, and other members of the Exelons staff.
The inspection examined activities conducted under your licenses as they relate to security and compliance with the Commissions rules and regulations and with the conditions of your licenses. The inspector reviewed selected procedures and records, observed activities, and interviewed personnel.
Based on the results of this inspection, no findings were identified.
