DPR-44 and DPR 56 NRC Docket Nos. 50-171, 50-277, 50-278 and 72-29 Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program, Revision 23 In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph (p)(2), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) is submitting Revision 23 to the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS) Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (Security Plan). This revision was implemented on December 18th, 2023. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2),
PBAPS is submitting this change within 60 days of implementation (i.e., no later than February 16th, 2024).
The PBAPS Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program have been revised:
- 1. Figure 1: UpdatedNBS
- 2. Section 11; Compensatory Measures (refer to attachment 2)
- 3. Section 21; Compensatory Measures - NEI 03-12 (refer to attachment 2)
CEG has concluded that the changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the PBAPS Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program. and Attachment 2 contain Safeguards Information. Therefore, CEG requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, "Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding," paragraph (a)(1 )(i), and 10 CFR 73.21, "Requirements for the protection of safeguards information," paragraph (b)(1)(i).
