Purpose: The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with Exelon to discuss the NRC's assessment of the safety performance of the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station for calendar year 2007. In addition, the status of Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) commitments, including those related to safety conscious work environment issues, will be discussed.

The NRC's assessment is documented in a letter dated March 3, 2008.
